Planning Commission expressed a concern regarding whether the <br />proposed standards were acceptable to accommodate large animal <br />fencing, i.e. horse fencing. Staff has not as of this writing checked <br />into the fence heights necessary to contain horses, however, it is <br />likely that the 54" (4%') height limit will not cause problems.
