Johnson said, "In my opinion, the vacation of Kelly Avenue is required if the Super Valu expansion is to occur." Bellows, Moos. Hanson and Cohen concurred with Johnson. Chairman Kelley said, "There is additional information that we need in addition to the vacation. We need to see the elevations, sketch plans on screening and retaining wal-s, and the design for the retention pond. It will be necessary to consider what impact on drainage there may be if Kelly Avenue is vacated." There were no comments from the public and the Public Hearing was closed.
