Unfortunately, the <br />additional area to be acquired by 4085 would not be suitable for <br />on-site septic expansion as the entire area is predominantly used <br />for the access drive. <br />Creation of Private Basement <br />As already noted, the area of the easement would be excluded <br />from the dry buildable area if the property remains rural. The <br />granting of the easement area will have no impact on the property <br />at 4105. Note that there is no impact on required setbacks from <br />the west line of the easemnt corridor. <br />If the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement is to be <br />approved, a width variance must be granted.
