I will now be moving forward with a building permit with <br />the City of Orono and completing my application with LMCD (to be completed at the <br />November 9th meeting). The dock design attaches to the shore at the exact same location as <br />my seasonal dock which has been used for many years. The shoreline area is also the same <br />I have used (sandy, visible bottom).
