<br />3. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. The Commissioners discussed the impacts and benefits <br />of multi-generational housing by allowing accessory dwelling units as an accessory use. The commission <br />held a public hearing. Commissioners made no language changes and voted 6-0 in favor of the proposed <br />text amendment. <br /> <br />4. Public Comment. No public comments were made at the Planning Commission. One letter was <br />submitted and attached as Exhibit C for the council to review with questions regarding some of the <br />performance standards. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
