The proposed McDonalds site <br />plan would indicate a great deal of excavation required to level the site. <br />This should be reviewed in detail for effect on the remaining properties, <br />roads and drainage systems. Also required will be vegetation and erosion <br />control plans. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1 Reauire submittal of detailed grading and drainage plans and <br />commefcial development of the B-1 zone. <br />2. Defer subdivision approval for final configuration of Lots 3 & 4 until <br />accommodation is made for the retention pond system. <br />3.
