Richard Zuckman <br />to continue the non-conforming use of the property located at 3995 North <br />Shore Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The use of the property is subject to the standards setforth in the <br />non-conforming use sections of the municipal code. <br />2. The multiple docks at 3995 North Shore Drive are for the exclusive use <br />of the ..tenants/renters. <br />3. Parking of all cars must continue to be on the site and never permitted <br />on North Shore Drive. <br />4. Boats in excess of 20' in length may not continue to be stored on the <br />property based on the intense use of the one-acre site.
