Note the location of the well, in moving further east, <br />the applicant also had to move six feet to the south in order to meet <br />the required setback of four feet from the well. i would suggest the <br />applicant move two feet further east so that the proposed garage front <br />lines up with existing paving rather than create an additional 52 sq. tx: <br />of hardcover.
