He wishes to <br />keep the same setback of the existing garage which is <br />9.6 and to put up a 32’ x 24’ detached garage in its <br />place. Mabusth noted the applicants hardships as the <br />severe slcpe and several mature trees. <br />Goetten asked the applicant why he needed such a large garage? ^ <br />Applicant stated that he would like to put a double <br />garage next to a single one used for a hobby shop. His <br />basement IS non existent and so its because of that. <br />No plumbing will be installed. <br />Callahan moved to approve the street setback var iance <br />1. Slope of land to the south of the proposed garage <br />2. Location of a mature oak and several small trees. <br />3. Proposed setback will allow use of existing gravel <br />turnaround and cut down on additional hardcover. <br />Approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
