Mr. Gary Peterson was present regard­ <br />ing this application. <br />After Planning Commission discussion, the following items and <br />infcrmation must be submitted to the City before a Public <br />Hearing can be called: <br />1. Preliminary plan designating the following: <br />a) lot areas (amount of dry and wet) <br />b) road outlot 50' in width <br />c) 200* of width at road and building site <br />d) Building envelope 50' front and rear setback <br />30' side yard, 50' if side yard abutts a street <br />e) Wetlands should be designated as drainage easement <br />with angles and bearings noted - all wetlands should <br />be included within defined lot lines. <br />2. Additional Parcel to be included in plat - originally <br />held under common ownership by K. Mix. <br />3. Septic tests for each lot. <br />4.
