Continue to improve property values in the neighborhood <br />Approval is based on the following conditions: <br />1. Removal of non-conforming structure in 0-75' setback area - removal <br />of 154 sq. ft. of hardcover for total 145 sq. ft. or 3.8%. <br />2. No future variances granted to this property. <br />3. Per City ordinance and Uniform Building Code place address numbers <br />on house
