Olson noted <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation's proposed <br />plans for Highway 12 in the future. Traffic volume <br />today suggests need for improvements soon. And <br />volume is expected to increase when 1-394 is completed <br />He noted that some widening will take <br />th striping for turn lanes. He noted <br />e stop signal would be at Willow Drive <br />the only road north and south thorugh <br />» in the future a stop signal at Brown <br />ughnessy Circle.
