The <br />following members were present: Chairman <br />Frahm, Goetten and Grabek. Mabusth represented <br />the City staff. <br />Committee members reviewed with the applicant, <br />Charles Maciosek the written responses from the <br />abutting property owners and most affected <br />property owners by the encroaching docks. The <br />Committee advised Maciosek that they would <br />require updated written approval from each <br />property owner with every annual license review# <br />Grabek moved to recommend approval of a 1983 <br />joint use dock license for Sandy Beach Shores <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Applicant submit written approval from <br />affeited neighbors at tim^ of annual license <br />**''‘*''* '^v s«‘ <br />2. The seven approved slips are for the exclusive <br />use of the resident/renters. ^ <br />Goetten seconded. Snook stated <br />that he %#ould submit the additional payment. <br />Prahm asked the applicant to review the existing <br />septic system serving the facility and the <br />program of maintenance. Applicant stated It <br />was a sealed vault system and that the clean up <br />maintenance crew were responsible for annual <br />maintenance. Frahm advised that a sealed vault <br />system was in violation of the City’s codes and <br />per that same code would have to be replaced by <br />1988. Snook cited he was not aware of any <br />problems with the existing system. <br />/*■ "t <br />Grabek moved to recomend approval of a 1983 joint <br />use dock license for the Minnetonka Power <br />Squadron subject to the following conditions: <br />i.
