Prahm moved to table the license <br />application until the next regularly scheduled <br />meeting of the Marina Committee. Goetten <br />seconded. Vote: Ayes (3), Nays (0), <br />Maciosek the applicant and owner of Sandy <br />Beach Shore was present. Members questioned <br />staff as to the current status of the year round <br />rental unit complex still referred to as Sandy <br />Beach Resort. Mabusth advised that in 1987, at <br />the time of the rezoning, the seasonal resort <br />obtained a conditional use permit for a non- <br />conforming use. In review of the files, during <br />► wf*.*^'1®'^!?? ^^® P^®P*tty, it was apparentthat the City was aware of the change from <br />seasonal to year round use. Bach cabin was <br />approved for 1 sewer unit.
