Vote: Ayes (4), Nayb <br />(0). <br />John Ericson was present. Zoning Administrat'^r <br />Mabusth stated that Mr. Ericson needed a variance for <br />construction of a new residence. Mabusth stated that <br />this should be a division. <br />Rovegno stated that this would be a subdivision for tax <br />purposes. <br />Ericson stated that there are two stubs and that it has <br />been assessed for one sewer and one water unit. <br />Ericson stated that this lot fits right in with the <br />adjoining property. <br />Chairperson Goetten stated that the Planning <br />Commission should have some direction from Council on <br />what standards to apply to this situation. <br />Chairperson Goetten moved, Callahan seconded, to <br />table the variance application un^il the Planning <br />Commission can have conceptual direction from the <br />Council on what standards to apply to this situation. <br />Vote: Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />Mr. and Mrs. McDowell were present. Barry Petit, <br />Charles Corya and John Cook were present. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth stated that Mr« McDowell needs a <br />variance for construction of a garage to be located 58 ' <br />from the lakeshore. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that there would <br />be no increase in hardcover. <br />Goetten stated that the applicant should be placed on <br />notice that future hardcover variances may not be <br />approved.
