PAGE 1 <br />ATTENDANCE 7 : 30 PM <br />#859 DENNIS KUMLIN <br />2665 POX STREET <br />SUBDIVISION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />7:30 - 7:34 PM <br />The Orono Planning Commi ssion met on the above date with <br />the following members present; Acting Chairman <br />Callahan, Kelley, Adams, Sime and McDonald. <br />Chairperson Goetten and Rovegno were absent. Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth, Assistant Zoning AdminiS” <br />trator Gaffron, and Recorder Sutton represented the <br />City staff. Council Representative Hammerel arrived <br />at 7:40. <br />Dennis Kumlin was present. Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth noted the certificate of mailing and the <br />affidavit of publication. There was no one present <br />from the public. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that additional <br />septic testing will be needed before the application <br />can go to the Council meeting. Mabusth stated that <br />this is a subdivision for the creation of one new <br />residential lot which will have a shared driveway. <br />Kelley asked if the dry buildablo was excluding the <br />easements. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that the line <br />could be redrawn to acquire additional dry buildable <br />if needed after the easement is taken. <br />Sime moved, Adams seconded, to approve the two lot plat <br />of Dennis Kumlin finding that all standards of the RR- <br />IB zoning district and platting code have been <br />fulfilled subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Applicant to provide required septic test data for <br />lot 1. <br />2. Payment of park fee of $200 for newly created lot <br />1. <br />3. Access for Lots 1 and 2 will oe shared located at <br />the existing curb cuts. <br />4. Owners to provide appropriate access easements <br />when design of plat is finalized. <br />5. Dry bui Idable area to be confirmed after easements <br />have been taken. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />J
