Payment of $100.00 park fee <br />Motion, Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />1882 FARM AT LONG LAKE, INC., <br />1765 WEST FARM ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION OP A IX)T LINE <br />REARRANGEMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />8:08 - 8:12 <br />Tim Adams was present. Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth noted the certificate of mailing and the <br />affida'/it of publication. There was no one present <br />for the public hearing. <br />Mabusth explained that the division involves a <br />buildable lot in the Farm at Long Lake plat. The <br />lot had specific limitations; a view easement over <br />it, and the topography. Mabusth sees no problem <br />with the proposal as each affected building <br />envelope will be improved. <br />Mabusth stated that Parcel C will retain riparian <br />rights, the other two lots will not. <br />Rovegno moved, Sime seconded, to recommend the <br />approval of the Farm at Long Lake Inc.'s <br />application of a lot line rearrangement finding the <br />building envelopes of each affected property to be <br />improved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Parcel A to be combined with Lot 17, Block 1 <br />2. Parcel B to be combined with Lot 15, Block 1 <br />3. Parcel C to be combined with Tract G, RLS 1275 <br />4. Combined Tract G shall have riparian access to <br />Long Lake combined Lots 15 and 17 are not riparian <br />to Long Lake <br />Motion, Ayes (6), Nays (0).
