Resolution to address 25' corridor. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, prepared the <br />following memo concerning a variance for Don Udell, <br />1210 Loma Linda Avenue, dated May 28, 1980, which <br />states: <br />The Udells propose construction of an attached <br />24' X 22' garage that will encroach 3' from the <br />side (north) property line.
