Box 86 <br />Crystal Bay» Minnesota, 55323 <br />PROPOSED SEAWALL AT HENDRICKSON ACCESS: <br />NORTH ARM OF LAKE MNNETONKA <br />(ZONING FILE #989) <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />We have reviewed the notice of planning commission action for the above <br />project which was sent November 20, 1985. <br />The proposed dredging Is for removal of existing riprap and to obtain <br />sufficient depth for navigational clearance adjacent to the proposed <br />seawall. Dredged material will not be deposited In back of the seawall. <br />Granular backfill will be used. The dredged material will be taken from <br />the site. <br />We have filed a permit application with the DNR. <br />Installation of lights Is not Included In this contract. However, this <br />Issue could be considered under a separate contract. Most likely this <br />would be arranged directly with Northern States Power Company.
