He has used a <br />temporary mobile sign but finds this has not been effective in announcing <br />new restaurant use. The existing plyon - directory sign is at maximum use <br />level. There is additional room for <br />approximately 3 (5'x2'6") signs for a total of 39 s.f. or 40 s.f.
