Stinson, who is unable to <br />attend this meeting. He would, however, like the Board to take note of <br />his general opposition to the granting of a variance, based on his opinion <br />that Rovegno's fence is Inappropriate and inconsistent with the nature of the area. <br />Beyond this concern, he would like the Board to consider two other Questions before reaching a final decision: m » <br />1. Whether the fence is located on the road right-of-way. -- <br />2.
