;' <br />1275 South Drown Road on Monday, October?, 1985, at 7; 00 PM to consider <br />an ordinance that would limit development within a defined study area <br />adjacent to Highway 12 during the period of the City's Comprehensive <br />Planning Study. The boundaries of that study area are described on an <br />otficial map accompanied by the appropriate legal descriptions both <br />available for review at the City Offices at 1335 South Brown Road. <br />The approximate study area will include the following properties <br />adjacent to Highway 12; <br />a) Undeveloped properties on north side of Hwy. 12 bordered on the <br />east by Brown Road North, on the north and west by County Road 6 or <br />Sixth Avenue North. <br />b) Properties on south side of Hwy. 12 bordered on the east by the <br />City of Long Lake's Industrial Park, on the south by the Burlington <br />Northern Railway and on the west at the intersection of Stubbs Bay <br />Road and Hwy. 12. <br />c) Properties to the immediate east of the intersection of Hwy. 12 <br />and the Luce Li ne Trail consisting of approximately 20 acres of area. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
