WADE continued <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that this school is an <br />permitted use in accordance with the objectives of the RR-IE <br />zoning district under a Conditional Use permit. <br />It was moved by Rovegno, seconded by Sime, to recommend <br />approval of the Conditional Use permit to construct a <br />Montesorri nursery school subject to staff's recommended <br />conditions and upon availability of adequate sewer units <br />determined by staff and Council. Planning Commission hold the public <br />hearing on this matter but table any decision by the <br />Commission pending receipt of engineering plans for read and <br />septic test and design information for 2 acre lot. <br />Dean Lindbloom, 2630 Fox Street, questioned the need for the <br />conditional use permit, which was explained to him by <br />Goetten. <br />Darrell Plucker, 2640 Fox Street, was present for this matter <br />but made no comments. <br />Thoi e were no other persons present for this matter and the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to table this <br />matter due to an incomplete application.
