MINUSES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1965. PAGE 2 <br />1963 WILLOW PROPERTIES/*962 LAWRENCE C. WADE continued <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that this school is an <br />permitted use in accordance with the objectives of the RR-IE <br />zoning district under a Conditional Use permit. <br />It was moved by Rovegno, seconded by Sime, to recommend <br />approval of the Conditional Use permit to construct a <br />Montesorri nursery school subject to staff's recommended <br />conditions and upon availability of adequate sewer units <br />determined by staff and Council. Motion, Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />*967 & #968 JOHN B. IDSTROM <br />2580 POX STREET <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION AND <br />CONDITIONAL USB PERMIT <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:47 - 8:52 <br />John Idstrom was present for this matter. <br />The certification of mailing and affidavit of publication <br />was noted. <br />Staff recommended that. Planning Commission hold the public <br />hearing on this matter but table any decision by the <br />Commission pending receipt of engineering plans for read and <br />septic test and design information for 2 acre lot. <br />Dean Lindbloom, 2630 Fox Street, questioned the need for the <br />conditional use permit, which was explained to him by <br />Goetten. <br />Darrell Plucker, 2640 Fox Street, was present for this matter <br />but made no comments. <br />Thoi e were no other persons present for this matter and the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to table this <br />matter due to an incomplete application. Motion, Ayes 6, <br />Nays 0. <br />1966 CLIFFORD OTTEN <br />2445 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH <br />ZONING AMENDMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING 9:09 - 9:24 <br />Cliff Otten was present for this matter. <br />The certification of mailing and affidavit of publication <br />was noted. <br />The purpose of thispublic hearing i s to consider applicant' s <br />request to amend the existing zoning district standards to <br />permit commercial uses that do not require municipal <br />services and that will be compatible with surrounding rural <br />residential development, specifically a "garden center" <br />at 2445 Sixth Avenue North. <br />i <br />i <br />-i
