They hope to open the school in the <br />Spring of 1986. Total enrollment is projected at 63 students. They will <br />provide pre-schooler instruction based on Montessori system for approxi­ <br />mately 48 students and provide day care for 20. Their hours of operation <br />will be approximately 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. <br />The Orono School complex is located to the west of the subject <br />property, the proposed now site of the Hennepin County Library facility to <br />the immediate south and to the north and east vacant undeveloped lands. <br />The project is located within the defined study area and if Council <br />agrees, staff will include this application as one of the specific projects <br />to be exempt from restriction of "Limited Developcment Ordiance".
