PAGE 8 <br />1958 VOYAGEUR SERVICE CENTER INC. continued <br />Kelley stated that he would approve of the mixed use, but <br />would have a problem approving the variances. <br />Senior Building Inspector Jacobs stated that he would like <br />the City Engineer to review the traffic flow. <br />The Commission briefly discussed the traffic flow and <br />parking spaces. <br />The Commission noted that because of the incomplete <br />application it is difficult to approve at this time. <br />It was moved by Rovegno, seconded by Sime, to table this <br />matter upon submission of a complete application. Motion, <br />Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />Planning Commission gave the applicant some direction <br />vr. Motion, Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />#960 i #961 LAKEVIEW GOLF COURSE <br />409 NORTH ARM DRIVE <br />VARIANCE i CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PUBLIC HEARING 11:28-11:30 <br />Grant Wenkstern was present for this matter. <br />The certification of mailing and affidavit of publication <br />was noted. <br />The purpose of this public hearing was to consider the <br />request 1) for a variance to construct a storage building in <br />oxc'^ss of 1000 s.f. located 47 feet from a lot line 2) for a <br />After-the-fact Conditional Use Permit to clean & widen an <br />existing ditch area , excavate a low area to create a 20 ' xl75 ' <br />pond, and excavate a portion of a dijsignated wetland to solve <br />a drainage problem. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that Key Peterson, a <br />neighbor, called to voice his approval of this proposal. <br />There were no persons present objecting and the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Per Commission's request, Mr. Wenkstern agreed to locate the <br />proposed building 50 feet from the lot line rather than the <br />proposed 47 feet. <br />4
