Such minimum pasture acr •?«*. til not include <br />low lying lands unusable for pasture or grazing. 7' <5^ ,oOn keeping such <br />animals must comply with the provisions of the City Co^,--. <br />Add the following: <br />N. Stables and Barns - Private. The use of an accessory building for <br />keeping animals for non-commercial purposes provided it is for the non <br />commercial use of the property owner or resident and meets the available <br />land standards outlined in paragraph M of this subsection. Further, no <br />such structure shall be closer than 150 feet tc the nearest adjacent <br />residence and no closer than 75 feet from the nearest lot line. <br />Add the following: <br />O. Stables and Barns - Public. The use of accessory buildings or <br />land for the storage or rearing of animals not owned by the property owner <br />or resident. Such must meet the requirements of paragraph M of this sub <br />division. Further, no such structure shall be closer than 150 feet from <br />the nearest lot line. <br />Add the following: <br />P. Riding Academy. Any such instruction shall meet the requirements <br />of paragraphs M, N and 0 of this subdivision and no such instruction shall <br />occur at leust 100 feet from an adjacent residence or closer than 50 feet <br />from a front side lot line. <br />S 10.22 <br />Subdivision 1 Lakeshore Set Back Regulations. The set back from the <br />shoreline for lakeshore lots: <br />A. Shall be 75 feet for all structures except that fences under 42*' <br />may be permitted within that setback area. On lakeshore lots divided by a <br />major thoroughfare the following structures are permitted on the lakeshore <br />portion of such lots within 75 feet of the lake and require a permit from <br />the City: <br />1. lock boxes not to exceed 20 square feet in area and 48 inches in <br />height; and <br />2. fences not exceeding 72 inches but shall not exceed 42 inches <br />above the height of the crown of the intersecting road. <br />B. No principal or accessory structure shall be located closer to the <br />lakeshore than the average distance from the shore line of existing <br />residence buildings on adjacent lots but not within 75 feet of the lake <br />except that this does not apply to structures allowed in sub-section A <br />above. <br />I <br />/ <br />i r»iar
