DEFINITIONS <br />Page 2 <br />S 10.03 Subdivision 27 <br />Add the following: <br />Tree Removal. All permits for such removal within 75' of the lake- <br />shore that are required may be issued by City staff provided that at least <br />a like number of replacement trees of a nature and placement acceptable to <br />the staff are planted, any question involving the number of trees to be <br />replaced will require Council approval. <br />S 10.08 Subdivision 3 A <br />Add following performance standards: <br />(8) the special conditions applying to the structure or land in <br />question are peculiar to such property or immediately adjoining <br />property; and <br />(9) the conditions do not apply generally to other land or structures <br />in the district in which said land is located; and <br />(10) the granting of the application is necessary for the <br />preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the <br />applicant; and <br />(11) the granting of the proposed variance will not in any way impair <br />health, safety, comfort, morals, or in any other respect be contrary <br />to the intent of the Zoning Code; and <br />(12) that the granting of such variance will not merely serve as a <br />convenience to the applicant, but is necessary to alleviate <br />demonstrable hardship or difficulty. <br />S 10.20 Subdivision 3 <br />F. Recreation Areas. Private gun clubs, archery ranges, ski slides, <br />provided the area is fenced and no part of the principal use is less than <br />100 feet from any lot line. <br />(Re-letter K to M and vice versa.) <br />K. Antenna Structure. One independent antenna structure with antenna <br />or combination of antenna attached thereto, subordinate to and servicing <br />the principal use or structure on the same lot and customarily incidential <br />thereto that is not attached to another structure provided the height of <br />the antenna structure does not exceed 65 feet and the antenna structure is <br />set back from any lot line a distance at least equal to the total height of <br />the antenna structure. <br />M.
