Ordinance Amendment <br />August 13, 1985 <br />Page 2 <br />h) S10.20, Subdivision 3 <br />Riding stables omitted - per amendment to follow, riding stables to <br />require a separate conditional use permit. <br />i) also §10.20, Subdivision 3 <br />Clerical error in codification - re-position in listing - Section M <br />has been amended to exclude special setbacks for barns and stables and <br />included special setback standards in private and public stable <br />sections. <br />j) also §10.20, Subdivision 3 <br />Riding academy requires a condition use permit - setbacks for <br />instruction areas. <br />k) Lakeshore Set Back Regulations <br />Sub-section A - special setback and hardcover standards for lock boxes <br />on lakeshore lots divided by a major thoroughfare. Per request of <br />Planning Commission member we have also included special fence <br />standards for lakeshore lots divir'ed by major thoroughfare. <br />Sub-section B - the big change here is that all accessory structures <br />are subject to average lakeshore setback standards. Should we keep <br />special standards for privacy fences along side P <br />lakeshore lots - see recent amendment of §10.22 attached to this memo. <br />1) §10.03 <br />This amendment will provide the legal means to permit <br />use of trailers or existing dwellings during construction of new <br />residence. <br />%
