Mabusth <br />August 5, 1985 <br />Page 8 <br />by employees. <br />(b) Customer control will be effected with appropriate <br />signs, and by dockage-contract modifications which <br />require customers not to use the Sprague and <br />Schoeneman/Ramberg docks and not to trespass on <br />their property; to abide by all other Marina <br />policies regarding no tie-ups at unauthorized <br />areas, parking, etc. <br />(c) The appearance and use of the off-site properties <br />(3330 or 3340) and 3350 will be controlled by: <br />1. 3 foot side-yard set-back fences <br />2. Lot '\ne fences <br />3. Screening <br />4. Signs <br />3. If possible, the building at 3330 (or 3340) will be <br />demolished. <br />4. Absent an agreement with the Schoeneman/Ramberg <br />interests, the LMCD will be requested to issue a dock <br />configuration set-back variance to conform to the existing Orono <br />variance and the Schoeneman/Ramberg desires. <br />Jeanne—if you know of any other problems or matters not <br />touched upon by me—or not correctly recited by me, please so <br />advise. By copy of this letter to Mrs. Sprague, Mrs. Schoeneman <br />and Mrs. Ramberg, I am inviting them to respond to the contents <br />hereof so that I have a correct understanding of the problems and <br />the benefits of their opinions, comments and advice on how to <br />solve the existing problems in a manner that is reasonable, <br />responsible and realistically insures compliance with the <br />undertakings herein contained.
