Staff observed the following violations: <br />1.Approximately 90 percent of the shoreline bank had been <br />cleared of trees and brush--8 to 10 were over 6 inches in <br />diameter. The applicant had advised they were all <br />dead. The inspector had observed in a later inspection <br />that some of the trees removed appeared to be alive— <br />photos were taken of the trees for review at our <br />meeting. The applicant was asked to submit an expert <br />cpinion as to the condition of the trees at removal <br />(landscape architect, forester, etc.) <br />i
