The lot is partially in the LR-lB
and partially in the LR-lC zoning districts. Which set of performance
standards do you feel should apply?
There are a number of factors which affect the buildability of the lot:
1.
2.
Access - The property is located on the "S" curve on
County Roads 19 and 51. The County has been requested
to comment on the possible access sites for a driveway
on this sharp curve.
£iiycd RoadvaV extends into the property, covering about
400 square feet at the southwest corner of the lot. The
County has boon askod to address tho need for dedicat ion
of right-of-way and the preferred method (quit-claim
deed or easement).
