The subdivision is currently in the <br />process of rev'iew in the City of Medina. The current plat will not <br />invol\-* residential construction within the 125 feet deep corridor <br />within Medina. The obvious building sites fall within the Orono <br />nortions. The septic test sites for hot 2 are within Medina. The <br />existing houses' septic syst cm on Lot 3 i s 1 ocat ed somewhere within the <br />Medina portion. All other septic test sites are within Orono. The <br />lots all satisfy the standards of the RR-lB zoning district. The <br />existing structures on Lot 3 al 1 meet the require setback from the newly <br />created lot linos. <br />Access <br />Access to LotJ« 1 and 2 wi 11 be via Outlet A in the form of a private <br />driveway. A private road must be constructed at the time PHillips <br />develops the remainder of the lands in Medina. The City will require <br />the developer to file a conditional use p«frmit to coV(*t enoineering <br />review for const ruction of road . At pjresent t he Ci ty wi 11 ask for only <br />underlying drainage and utility easements over Outlet A. Access to <br />Lots 3 and 4 will be shared via the existing driveway. At the time of <br />sale, owtK*r of Lot 4 miust grant an access easement in favor of Lot 3. <br />I have not heard from the f!ounty Highway Deoartment concerning the <br />proposed cuil»c*ut for the private* roa-1. I will rtgxMt tlu*ir findings <br />at our meeting.
