Approval of the subdivision is <br />subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Quit claim deed right-of-way for Stubbs Bay and <br />Watertown Road. <br />2. Conservation and flowage easement over wetlands in <br />Parcel A. <br />3. Payment of Park fee for Parcel A of $100.00. <br />4. Second residence on Parcel B is a non-conforning <br />structure and subject to all pertinent ordinances.
