This should not be <br />confused with substandard dimensions of a conforming use. <br />"Ordinary High Water Mark" means a inarn delineating tne nignest water <br />level which has been maintained for a sufficient period cf time to <br />leave evidence upon the landscape. However, <br />no lake, pond or flowage of less tnan ten acres in size and no river <br />or stream having a total drainage area less tnan two square miles <br />shall be regulateo for the purposes of tnese regulations. <br />"Setback" means the minimum norizontal distance between a structure <br />or sanitary facility ano the ordinary hign water mark or between a <br />structure or sanitary facility and a road, well, nignway, or property <br />lines. <br />"Public Waters" has been changed to "Protected Water". All <br />regulations and requirements remain tne same, only tne name nas <br />been changed. <br />-
