The City has <br />p^aceu additional limitations on this property with <br />the creation of a utility easement along the <br />’"ealized shared lot line. <br />Chairman Kelley concurred that one option is to <br />build a detached garage to cut down on required <br />setbacks or add an attached garage with a 25' side <br />setback variance, which wij1 be taken care of right <br />now. <br />Chairman Kelley moved, McDonald seconded to table <br />application #906 Shirley McWilliams, 1120 Willow <br />Drive for a subdivision so applicant ran discuss <br />with City staff the issues. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />Lyle Rahn was not present. He had requested to <br />have his application tabled at this meeting. <br />McDonald moved, Taylor seconded to table the <br />application for a conditional use permit for #929 <br />Lyle E. Rahn, 1146 Wildhurst Trail. <br />Katherine Tschida was present. Assistant Zoning <br />Administrator Gaffron noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. There <br />was no one present from the public. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained <br />that the Tschidas were proposing to enclose a small <br />entryway, approximately 4'x9.8'.
