Please note the <br />amended preliminary plan should locate the excavated area to <br />compensate for fill placed within Lake Minnetonka flood plain. <br />Grading plans should include erosion control and quality control <br />structure at entrance to lake from wetland. <br />As confirmed the conversation with Mr. Rudnicki/ staff will meet with <br />you on Monday/ July 2, 1990 to provide additional information on <br />watershed area that contributes run-off to the subject property. <br />In order to assure scheduling on the Planning Commission agenda of <br />July 16/ 1990/ the above information must be submitted to the City no later <br />than July 6/ 1990. <br />Isv
