Preliminary plan to be amended designating the following: <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />Elevation of wetland areas at 930' elevation. <br />Designate 15' wide drainage easements over drainageways leading <br />from culverts along west side of plat. <br />Designate storm sewer culvert from 10' south of lift station to <br />10' north of the proposed driveway on Lot 4 locate drainage ditch <br />from north of driveway to wetland (option to connect with most <br />southern drainageway defined at wildhurst Trail). <br />Closest projection of house to the south of Lot 4 is to be shown <br />in order to determine average lakeshore setback and placement of <br />proposed house. Staff would also recommend that proposed house <br />location be moved further north rather than placing house 10 <br />from southern lot line. <br />Position roadway along north border. Proposed road can only be <br />placed within 60' right-of-way dedication along west side and 30' <br />dedicated within eastern portions of the road. Note: Cul-de-sac <br />must be located within portion of right-of-way and subject <br />properties. <br />Areas of lots to be recalculated. Such areas to be exclusive of <br />realigned road, areas below the 929.4' elevation and the wetlands <br />within Lots 3 and 4 at the 930' elevation. <br />Area between 930* and 931.5' elevation to be designated as flood <br />plain zone.
