Subdivision Application will also include rezoning petition in <br />addition to the improvement of a public road fee (Old Beach Road <br />portion within City of Orono). Fees are as follows: <br />a. Subdivision/Preliminary Subdivision Application $300.00 <br />minimum fee plus $20.00 plot Total $140.00 <br />Total Subdivision Fee $440.00 <br />b. Rezoning $250.00 <br />c. Public Road Improvement $900.00 plus $.50 per lineal <br />for portion of Old Beach Road within City of Orono - to be paid <br />at time Council determines need to upgrade Old Beach Road when <br />Council acts on preliminary plat. <br />2. The preliminary plan should include the following: <br />a.Wetlands designated at 931.5' <br />b. Surveyor to confirm dry contiguous buildable lands within <br />buildin-f envelope of each lot (areas above wetland elevation at <br />931.5' ) <br />c. Locate municipal boundaries <br />d. Designate the existing defined B-4 zoning line (see legal <br />description enclosed) <br />e. Locate all areas that received fill in 1977/78 dredging and <br />filling project
