Payment of a Park Fee of $400.00 ($200.00 for each <br />newly created lot). Application was received prior to May <br />1st deadline, effective date of new Park Dedication fee <br />schedule. <br />C. Prior to scheduling application before the Council, <br />applicants on-site septic evaluator to provide additional <br />septic testing for Lot 1, Block 1. In addition, septic test <br />sites on Lot 1, Block 1 to be fenced off and protected at <br />time private driveway is to be installed along northern <br />boundary. <br />D. Applicant shall be responsible for the extension of the <br />road known as Wear Lane North to applicants northern border <br />providing a temporary^ cul-de-sac as shown on revised <br />preliminary plan. Applicant shall also be responsible for <br />the removal of existing cul-de-sac within Wear Lane North. <br />E. Applicant shall execute a developer's agreement and <br />post a letter of credit ot 150% of the value of the <br />improvements. <br />F. Provide direction and recommendation concerning use of <br />existing access serving Lot 2, Block 2 while current <br />residence is in use. <br />G. Depending upon resolve of issue of public vs. private <br />road, if roadway is to remain private, applicant shall <br />execute deed granting underlying road and utility easements <br />over Outlot A and execute private road and maintenance <br />covenants to assure that the future extension of the roadway <br />is maintained by the benefiting properties. <br />H. Planning Commissions's final determination regarding <br />access to the property to the immediate west. Is it to be <br />via this property?
