The property has a new owner. Mr. Kreb is the
formal representative of that new owner. As in the original
plan, all three lots will achieve permanent access from the
extension of Wear Lane North. Staff recommends that a 25
driveway outlot be provided along either the north of
south boundary. At the Council meeting of December 11th,
both Council and original applicant reaffirmed that the
driveway outlot along the north border of Lot 1,
would provide the least impact on existing plantings. Starr
has also been advised by the new owner that the
Mr. Kreb, will reside in the existing residence until that
lot is sold for new residential construction.
