Jtoreover, <br />it is my understanding that you are stl^ <br />operating or contemplate operating a ^rtion of <br />your ski area for lAich no conditional use <br />permit has been granted. I note <br />event, in order to operate any part of the ski <br />area, you must first have a license. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />The City Council instructed staff to document <br />tho present status of Phase 02, which is the new <br />portion of the ski area which requires a conditional <br />use permit.
