They propose to access this lot via an easement <br />driveway fronm Christine Drive rather than by creating a <br />driveway outlet. The driveway would cross proposed Lot 1, <br />over which the Marklund's would grant a driveway easement, <br />but leaving Lot 2 with no actual public or private road <br />frontage. (Exhibit C) <br />This proposal raises numerous questions regarding access, <br />future roads, and viability of the building site; <br />1. Refer to Exhibit F. Recall that the recent <br />Ducharme subdivision proposal adjacent to the east, was <br />recommended for approval with a 25' private road outlot <br />along its west boundary common with the Marklund property. <br />This was intended to provide for future connection between <br />High Lane and Christine Drive with the remaining 25' to come <br />from Marklund's property, for a total 50' width. <br />Ducharme's have never gone forward to the Council with their <br />subdivision proposal.
