On-site septic area is to be protected during <br />construction as this may be the only suitable area on the <br />property for septic development. <br />2. Prior to developing detailed site plans and final <br />building plans for this site, future owner/developer shall <br />meet with the Orono Building & Zoning staff so that the <br />special conditions of this variance approval may be <br />reviewed. <br />3. Upon application for a building permit, developer shall <br />provide a grading plan altering drainageway. Such a plan <br />shall be subject to review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br />4. Special conditions limiting size and residence structure <br />as recommended above. <br />5. Other conditions deemed appropriate by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />6.
