In addition, the revised plan <br />designates the required building envelope. Staff has also <br />defined a 26' setback from the drainageway re-establishing the <br />west line of the building envelope. <br />Staff was also asked to determine a method to regulate the <br />size of the house within this severely limited building envelope <br />as a future residence wi3 1 he limited to 4 bedroom (600 gallon <br />per day use level). The f.t'tic limitations shall automatically <br />piovide controls on the number of bedrooms for a future <br />residence. As for controls on the size of the structure, staff <br />suggests review the following: <br />1. Future owner placed on notice that the water use for the <br />residence structure is limited to 600 gallons per day. <br />Residence must be installed with a meter to determine water <br />use levels. The City will ask that the current owner of the <br />residence submit an annual reading of the meter on <br />approximately June of each year.
