Also, <br />Minnetonka Garden Acres was platted in 1913 and at that time the <br />County Road, (now Highway 12) was dedicated as a 66 foot right-of-way. <br />In 1927, the state acquired an easement for more right-of way to build <br />what is now known as State Trunk Highway No. 12. The easement <br />acquisition is filed in Book 1133 of Deeds Page 413 of Hennepin County <br />records.
