V/e find the plat <br />acceptable for further development with consideration of the following comments: <br />- This is a high accident area, one of the worst in our district. We <br />would prefer that any new access to this property be off CSAH 6. <br />- Current drainage patterns and rate of runoff should be maintained. <br />The development plat should be reviewed by Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershea. <br />- TH 12 upgrade in this area is uncertain at this point and a decision <br />as to location change is :ninimum 2-3 years frcni now. <br />If you have any questions in regard to this review, please contact Rick Dalton at <br />593-8523.
