The application is scheduled as an information item <br />only for your meeting this evening because of the unusual public <br />interest in this application. The City has been advised by <br />various neighbors that pamphlets have been placed in the <br />mailboxes of the surrounding neighborhoods advising that the <br />application will be reviewed at the Planning Commission meeting. <br />It is impossible to contact all persons notified that the <br />Planning Commission will not be reviewing and acting on the <br />subdivision at tonight's meeting. <br />If members of the public appear to question the application, <br />it may be appropriate for staff to conduct a brief review and to <br />advise that the application will be reviewed in detail at an <br />upcoming Planning Commission meeting. <br />Isv
