Does sufficient justification exist to grant an after- <br />the-fact hardcover and setback variance to allow the <br />existing deck (hardcover Item H) to remain? <br />B. Should a variance be granted to allow the proposed <br />screened porch to be less than 10' from the side lot line? <br />C.
