The previous residence was removed in October <br />1989 (control burn by Maple Plain Fire Department) as a <br />result of the Hazardous Building Action by the City. The <br />Hazardous Building Action included the former residence and <br />other accessory structures in similar state of disrepair. <br />The subject structure, approximately 2,400+ square feet in <br />area, is in excellent condition.
