The subdivision will be a plat of 13 <br />rural lots served by a cul-de-sac road to be designated as a <br />private road. <br />Lot Configuration - <br />All lots meet the required lot width to »*. rear of the <br />front yard setback area of 50' except for Lets 6 and 10, Block 2 <br />and Lot 3, Block 1.
